"Payments under the knife go the problem to find senior citizens a good doctor was highlighted on the front page of United States today 6 July, in an article titled face Medicaid." The story said over a dozen States begin a new financial year by reducing the payments to the doctors, hospitals and health care professionals, to treat the poor. Health experts warn that a lack of doctors and other providers that participate in Medicaid could be added. "Another depressing payment rates only the situation can worsen," said Sarah Rosenbaum, Chair of the Department of health policy at the George Washington University paper. California has one of the lowest Medi-Cal reimbursement rates in the entire nation, so we have busy for some time. Legislators adopted a further 10% reduction payments to Medi-Cal service provider, which enter into force in March of this year although it legal challenges and not implemented. When President Obama law in force (it is a series of legal challenges and is headed for the U.S. Supreme Court), is health care reform the problem would be reduced somewhat because the law doctors increased the prices of basic services in 2013 and 2014 according to prices paid by Medicare. Like me from my own experience the rates know not high enough, find the doctors for the treatment of my grandmother, sometimes to entice a doctor to a new Medicare patients. Although more as a Medi-Cal numbers, there is in general much lower rates than by private insurance companies. It was luck, additional Medicare policy, but also with, we often had to wait to try months and received in new doctor, see. Doctors are profit margins shrink and if rates don't keep up with rising costs for doctors, will more probably avoids seniors on Medicare or Medi-Cal.
